Posting questions is a great way to get assistance with understanding
the rules and regulations of the program. If you have a comment or
suggestion, post it to the site as well. OMH and Medicaid collaborate on
a regular basis to ensure questions are answered promptly and
accurately. Every effort will be made to respond within 5 days. It may
take longer if consultation with other DHH staff is necessary to ensure
the responses are accurate.
If you are a new provider or a new staff member, review the posted
questions and answers to learn more about the program. Each question
submitted will receive an emailed response DHH will post questions and
answers that are relevant to the provider network.
