The Mental Health Rehabilitation program is an optional Medicaid Program, authorized under Section 440.130 of the 42 Code of Federal Regulations. All services shall be delivered in accordance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations, the provider manual and any other notices or directives issued by Medicaid.

It is the responsibility of each provider to be knowledgeable regarding program rules, laws, and notices and directives issued by Medicaid.
