The training and events
calendar includes announcements for standardized training modules,
practice sessions, mandatory training and meetings and Provider WRAP
Sessions. This calendar is updated on a regular basis to provide
announcements and other important information. Therefore, website
viewers are encouraged to visit this site on a regular basis to obtain
information the most current information and updates.
Online registration is requested/preferred and may be required for
specific sessions, meetings and/or related events.
- Select an event on the Training and Events Calendar.
- Fully complete the online registration form including your email
address. Be sure to include an email address and information that
can be used for short notice contact if the session/event should be
cancelled on short notice (i.e. sudden illness of instructor).
- An email confirmation will be sent to confirm receipt of
training/event registration.
- Network Services staff
will review registration request to ensure available training space
and reply with a follow-up email confirmation which approves
attendance for that session/event (specific location on a specific
date/time). Information will also be included if training materials
need to be brought with registrant to that session/event.
Training sessions may be canceled for the following reasons:
- Less than five participants have pre-registered;
- The weather forecast indicates threatening weather is likely to
occur and travel is unsafe; or,
- An unexpected illness or transportation problem for the trainer;
 All efforts will be made to notify pre-registered participants
in the event of cancellation, which may include receipt of an email
alert.
